Feature:
Everything a trainman’s lantern should be — lighter, safer, and built specifically for railroad service.
Rail work is full of snag points: ladders, grab irons, tight clearances, and rolling equipment. Railhead’s patented breakaway handle is designed to separate under abnormal load, allowing the lantern to come free instead of becoming a dangerous tether to the worker.
Built for long shifts and harsh conditions, the lantern delivers 650 lumens with an industry-leading 2,667 ft beam throw, more than 50 hours of runtime, and an IP66-rated housing. An 8-position ratcheting handle provides fast, repeatable aiming, while individually secured magnets provide dependable attachment to steel equipment without relying on glued joints.
A photoluminescent rubber bezel remains visible after the lights go out, and an integrated battery indicator keeps crews informed throughout the shift.
Roughly 35% lighter than a standard 6 V lantern, Railhead delivers railroad-ready safety without sacrificing performance.
Patented design. Breakaway handle. Photoluminescent rubber bezel. Industry-leading beam throw. Magnetic base.

The Railhead RH-RT1000R is a compact rechargeable right-angle light built for shove moves, rail inspection, and hands-free field work. The heavy-duty aircraft-grade aluminum body is drop-tested to 3.3 ft (1 m) and sealed to IPX4. The RH-RT1000R delivers up to 1,300 lumens with a focused beam reaching 945 ft, or up to 83 hours of continuous run time on Low. 2 modes are provided, High / Low, and holding the switch dims the output. A full-time battery level indicator is built into the push-button switch, so you always know when it's time to recharge. A magnetic base and magnetic clip lock it to railcars, knuckles, and any steel surface, and the body clip carries it on a vest or pocket. Ships with (2) 18650 lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, a charging base, and cable.
Feature:
The Railhead Switchman's Stick is three lights in one pocket-sized stick: a signal light, a flashlight, and a work light. A crew member on the ground often needs more than one light at once — a beam to see the work, a wide flood to light the area or the jobsite, and a signal to be seen and understood — and carrying them separately means more to lose and a hand tied up when it should be free. The Switchman's Stick puts all three in one hand. A side-mounted floodlight throws 238 lumens of wide area light across 82 ft as a work light, an end-mounted flashlight puts a 200-lumen spot out to 190 ft, and the signal light gives hand signals and protection a color the whole crew recognizes. Signal light is available in red (RH-SSR-200), blue (RH-SSB-200) or clear (RH-SSC-200). The impact-resistant, hi-viz body is IP67 dust-tight and submersible and drop-tested to 6.6 ft (2 m). It delivers up to 20 hours of continuous run time on the flashlight and 6.5 hours on the floodlight. Two strong integrated magnets lock it to a car body, truck, or signal at any angle to free both hands. An attached wrist lanyard keeps it close; all versions include a belt clip. Runs on (4) AAA alkaline batteries (not included).
Feature:
The RH-HL800R is a rechargeable dual-beam industrial headlamp for crews that need both long reach as well as broad task light from a single low-profile unit. Separate SPOT and FLOOD optics run individually or together for up to 800 lumens, with the spot beam reaching 627 ft (191 m) and the low settings extending runtime to 13 hours. A Smart Switch dims output from 100% to 5%, a memory function recalls the last setting used, and a keylock prevents accidental activation.
Feature:
Built for railway or general jobs, the rechargeable KE-HLFC625R delivers up to 625 lumens with hands-free motion-activated control—wave to turn it on or off, or disable the sensor when you prefer manual operation. Focus Control lets you dial from a tight, long-throw spot to a broad flood. When visibility and durability matter, count on Railhead
