  The Railhead FWT system combines back-office software and on-train equipment to alert a deviation from normal for any data channels. Data channels are received from onboard hardware such as Event Recorders, Fuel Systems, Cab / Brake Controllers. The system also communicates with the maintenance shops in real-time, which allows for efficient fault diagnostics and work schedules by the mechanical department. Furthermore, analyzing irregularities of individual components and their behavior across the entire fleet allows for more intelligent preventive maintenance.
