Flame-Retardant Industrial Kneeling Pad — 20.5 × 12.5 × 1.5 in, UL 94 V-0-Rated Material, 350 lb Capacity

The Railhead RH-KP100 is a portable industrial kneeling pad built for locomotive and rail-car maintenance, track and wayside work, fabrication, shop service, utilities, construction, and emergency response. A full 1.5 in cushioning foam core distributes pressure across the knee on ballast, steel, and concrete, while the safety-orange outer cover improves visibility in dark work areas. The pad is constructed from UL 94 V-0-rated, self-extinguishing flame-retardant material, with a service temperature range of –20°F to 276°F and resistance to short-duration flame exposure up to 1,040°F. The pad weighs 1.5 lb, supports users up to 350 lb, includes an integrated carry handle, and wipes clean with soap and water or other non-caustic cleaners. The cover is antistatic, oil resistant, and UV resistant. A UL 94 V-0 rating does not make the product fireproof. The RH-KP100 is intended for incidental spark and slag contact and is not a welding blanket, fire barrier, spark shield, or electrical-insulation device.
