Headlamps & Headbands
Feature:
The KE-HLFC185 is Railhead's most feature-rich headlamp, combining ultra-long runtime, motion-activated lighting, Focus Control, a rear red safety light, and side reading lights in a single unit. A wave-to-activate motion sensor reads a gloved hand and can be disabled for manual control. Focus Control twists the beam from a 525 ft (160 m) spot to a work flood across four modes — High, Medium, Low, and a 12-lumen Reading setting. It produces 450 lumens on High and runs up to 87 hours on Low. A rear red LED, steady or flashing, keeps the wearer visible from behind, and the impact-resistant housing is sealed to IP64.
Feature:
The RH-HL800R is a rechargeable dual-beam industrial headlamp for crews that need both long reach as well as broad task light from a single low-profile unit. Separate SPOT and FLOOD optics run individually or together for up to 800 lumens, with the spot beam reaching 627 ft (191 m) and the low settings extending runtime to 13 hours. A Smart Switch dims output from 100% to 5%, a memory function recalls the last setting used, and a keylock prevents accidental activation.
Feature:
The KE-HL1000R is Railhead's brightest rechargeable headlamp. It delivers 1,000 lumens and a 790 ft (240 m) beam, with three output levels trading brightness for runtime from 3 hours on High to 45 hours on Low. A rear high-visibility red LED runs steady, flashing, or off, and the High Impact ABS housing is IP64 water-resistant and impact-resistant. The integrated lithium-ion pack recharges from wall, vehicle, or USB power; wall and car chargers are included, along with hard-hat clips.
Feature:
The KE-FC115 is Railhead's lowest-profile Focus Control headlamp, built for tight quarters under a face shield, in a confined space, or in a vehicle bay. It is also the toughest in the line, drop-tested to 6.6 ft (2 m) and sealed to IP64. It produces 375 lumens on High for 6.5 hours, extending to 13.5 hours on Low. A wave-to-activate motion sensor lets the lamp be switched on and off hands-free with a gloved hand, or operated manually by button. A bezel twist takes the beam to a 410 ft (125 m) spot.
Feature:
The rechargeable KE-FC600-R delivers up to 600 lumens with adjustable focus from flood to spot for precise task lighting. A rear red light enhances visibility and safety in low-light environments, while the rechargeable Li-ion battery provides long-lasting runtime. Rugged, water-resistant construction and drop-tested durability ensure reliable performance in demanding industrial or railway settings.

The RH-HL475R is a dual-beam industrial headlamp for crews that need both long reach as well as broad task light from a single low-profile unit.
Feature:
The RH-HBHL400RED combines a forward-facing LED headlamp, a wrap-around COB band, and a red rear COB light, all of which can be used independently or together for focused task light plus 270 degrees of peripheral illumination. It delivers up to 350 lumens combined across four modes — High, Main Beam, Combination, and COB Only — with up to 12 hours of runtime on COB Low.

The RH-HBHL400 pairs a forward-facing LED headlamp with a wrap-around COB band, which can be used independently or together for focused task light plus 270 degrees of peripheral illumination. It delivers up to 350 lumens combined across four modes — High, Main Beam, Combination, and COB Only — with up to 12 hours of runtime on COB Low.
Feature:
Built for railway or general jobs, the rechargeable KE-HLFC625R delivers up to 625 lumens with hands-free motion-activated control—wave to turn it on or off, or disable the sensor when you prefer manual operation. Focus Control lets you dial from a tight, long-throw spot to a broad flood. When visibility and durability matter, count on Railhead
